    Life Changing
I only wish I found this sooner. After every episode I feel like it was was the best one yet. I first heard about it on Lance Armstrong’s podcast WEDU. Lance and George and the crew went on and on about the ‘alcohol’ episode. It was the first one I listened to. Life changing. This is not hyperbole. It has changed my life. Not to mention the ‘difficult personalities’ and ‘emotional intelligence’ episodes, among many others. Thanks Andrew and to all your guests; thank you!

    Huberman talk less!!!!!
Huberman please let your guest talk!! If you want to talk all the time, why would you invite them?!!!!! Just read their books and papers and then come and talk about them!!! You don’t shut up unless your guest jump in there!! And if your guest is polite, like this one, you wouldn’t stop talking!!!! Yes, we all know you are a very knowledgeable person! Gosh!!!!!🙄

Sounds authoritative but speaks on topics he knows little about and uses platform to sell products. Platforms guests who are also involved in similar grifts. Glad to be rid of this.

    Really?
“People who are pregnant’? C’mon man. And you’re supposed to be a scientist? They’re women okay? Always. No alternatives. Geez. Reality based science please.

    The best health podcast
This podcast is rare because it provides scientific, objective-data that appeals to people with backgrounds in science and medicine, while simultaneously being very useful to laymen. Whether you are serious about improving your health, bettering yourself, or just wanting to learn something new this podcast is top notch.

    Questions take too long
I like this show , I like him, but when he poses a question to a guest, he keeps talking on & on after the question. Its starting to bug me

    Continuously blown away
I don’t know how you find the time to sleep. I binge the information you share yet there’s more and more to digest. It’s hard to comprehend how you make everything so understandable even though it’s so incredibly thorough. I’m a 50-year-old mom and wife living in South Florida following many of your protocols and I can’t wait for your book. I’ve implemented countless protocols in my home, providing health and happiness within my children and taking great care of myself so I can be the best at all my roles. Eternally grateful for the plethora of information. Incredibly touched by how generous you are in helping all of us out here be the best we can be. You are truly amazing. Don’t ever stop. Thank you.

    Breaking down information
Sometimes I look at the podcast once and I think I’m not sure I can listen to something this long and then all of a sudden it’s the end and it went so quick. The way you break down all the items and topic within one show it’s just perfect relatable and understandable for anyone.

    Warning label for peptide podcast
As a doctor, I think someone needs to throw up a red flag on the peptide podcast — it was repeatedly stated that there are “no side effects” to these peptides. It was also repeatedly normalized to take peptides that have no human trials and some of which are literally banned. When it came up that one causes anaphylaxis, you guys made a JOKE about it and moved on very quickly. That’s absolutely incredible. There was no balance to this discussion whatsoever, and yet it was repeatedly stated that listeners should trust this doctor who is obviously Andrew’s friend. This podcast has taken a very dangerous turn from focusing on evidence based habit change.

    You make science accessible
I love how Andrew breaks down complicated concepts into a simple language the general public can understand. He makes the interviews with experts interesting and educational because he leads with curiosity. He asks great questions and sometimes pauses to simplify the concepts to the audience. He’s a great interviewer, but I also enjoy listening when he’s being interviewed. He has a wealth of knowledge in science. I learned a lot and he makes me wanting to learn more because of his interview and teaching style. He makes neuroscience and other areas of science accessible.

    I’m not crying. You’re crying.
Ep. 188: Dr. Martha Beck. Pure love. So thankful to Dr. Huberman’s and Dr. Beck’s insight, and most of all their compassion, humility, and vulnerability. This is how we learn to do life better. Crying right along with you.

    Oral health episode
Great info in all your episodes. However, as a dental hygienist, I was somewhat surprised there was no mention of consulting with a hygienist for this episode. We are the first line of education for treating patients and educating them about oral health and the impact on systemic health. Also, I wish you would’ve clarified that the benefits of topical fluoride are far different than systemic fluoride. Overall, love every episode and the wonderful knowledge you share.

Dr Casey Mean and metabolic health
Great discussion, would love to hear more about the fueling of CrossFit which is highly intense and demands carbohydrates and recommendations for utilizing more refined carbs for this to increase performance and intensity versus fruits and vegetables which can be more slowly spiking glucose . Is there a time and place for more refined fasting carbs versus ones slower and Highly dense in micronutrients?

    Excellent discussion with Dr. Sims
Could not be organized in a better way to encourage women to tackle one strategy at a time- or jump right in 👊🏻

    Solid
I love huberman for his monologues but this particular conversation on emotional intelligence wasn't one of those. He's over-talking the guest and injecting himself into the conversation unnecessarily. If you bring an expert into the room, let them speak. Resist the temptation to always direct the guest. Let us flow. The Diary of a CEO podcast host does a great job at this.

    Fascinating!
Never have I come across a podcast with scientific facts and insights that affect all dimensions of human behavior and quality of life. What a blessing to live in the age of time when this type of knowledge is made free to everyone willing to invest on the topics. Thank you!

This podcast has for me been a wonderful resource. It seems every time I say to myself, I want to know more about ——-, there’s a Huberman Lab podcast about it. I just listened to the episode on salt and now feel like an expert. Thank you.

    Highly recommend
I’ve learned so much from this podcast and I’m so thankful that I stumbled upon it. all of the information is so valuable and I love how it’s broken down into a very organized way in terms that are easy to understand.

    Conversation ratio
Love the show and Andrew, but I’m listening to Dr Beck’s episode and you are barely letting her speak. You ask a question with 5 questions in a row that get so specific there is barely any room for range in the answer. Just one man’s opinion!

    Insane content for free!
I can't believe we have access to the information and experts like this for free. All information is shared in an easy and understandable wow way, while including the Science and data behind virtually every statement. I find it to be agenda, free and informative. Thank You!

As a physical therapist, I see a vast array of patients with Cervical, lumbar, and pelvic pain. This podcast is an invaluable resource for both me, as a clinician, as well as my patients. I am beginning to use somatic therapy (and breathwork) and biomechanics and postural correction, with my patients facing chronic pain to help support the SNS upregulation, as well as to help support the patient with gaining back agency. Pain does NOT have to define them. Thank you, Dr Huberman ps: my favorite all time episode has been with Dr Martha Beck, who is my absolute hero - her work can help every, single one of us.

I learned so much regarding the mind, spirituality, honesty, addiction, self compassion, kindness, co-dependency to name a few human navigational items that are covered in this podcast. Both Huberman and Beck are so willing to explore and explain their understanding of themselves and the human experience. Loved this podcast!!!
