SamHunt97Too much sex talk - cringeRayna should meet a nice Jewish man and have a baby
-
Nonsense free zoneScrap the Monday show and focus on the snackThe snack is enjoyable to listen to; Ash and Rayna are not experts of anything so I prefer to hear their takes on pop culture over relationships and dating.
-
Laura JeanneArcAshley is intolerantI don’t mind all the sex talk, but saying if you’re not “woke” you’re racist is the definition of painting with a broad brush and the very reason the dems lost the election. Ashley needs a reality check. Look at all the red on the map… would be wise to keep politics out of the discussion.
-
LouisjaspermarshalCould be betterThe sound quality is pretty bad and it’s mostly rambling but there is some potential?
-
silkorsOHHHH MY GODFirst time listener bc my podcast posted a small sound bite from them and first episode is the Snack talking about Baby Girl and I AM DYYYYYING. Immediate subscribe, like, ALL the things.
-
Alicia MVLive showLive show in NYC felt lazy and not worth the ticket price. These are talented performers who seemed to be just mailing it in.
-
latewithanicedcoffeeTry hardsThey just regurgitate social media comments and pass them off as original hot takes and then giggle hysterically at each other as if they didn’t just plagiarize memes. They had a moment in time but now they are just a social media echo chamber. Content is unoriginal and they’ve lost their creative edge because they think they’re extremely famous now.
-
Therese2828UnfollowingUsed to be a huge fan and thought the podcast was enlightening and funny! Agree with many of the more recent negative reviews. Will be unfollowing on all accounts based on the new course this podcast has taken in particular the latest episode.
-
Shenaynay9285Best show ever!!Binged every episode and now I tune in every show! Can’t get enough!! So empowering and knowledgeable! Love you guys!!!

LiSvetlanaThis is what podcasting is about.A forever conversation with my best friends!

kalibfittnessDownhill FastI was an early fan of GGE and I used to genuinely enjoy listening to this podcast but it’s gone sooooo downhill and i can no longer make it through an entire episode. Ashley is unbearably elitist and condescending towards others, including her co host. Rayna goes along with everything Ashley says and can’t form an original thought. It’s one big echo chamber. They can’t tolerate any views that do not align perfectly with their own and go so far as to belittle and bash their listeners who god forbid might have a different political and socioeconomic background to their own. They have become so unrelatable and out of touch with the views of most regular, working class Americans. Which is laughable coming from two D list podcast hosts with a mid dildo company. P.s. You can be anti-woke culture and not be a racist, Ashley. Touch grass.
-
PH2024___ToughI’ve listened on and off for years, used to really enjoy it. It’s become a tough/cringe listen
-
ughwhyyyyyyBrain washed girlies will complain about anythingY’all will listen and give praise when Ashley and Rayna spill their guts about life’s most intimate moments - but their political views are where you draw the line? Grow up. Sharing your political views with the masses is equally, if not more, vulnerable than talking about sex, especially in today’s devise, quick-to-cancel climate. (liberals aren’t the only guilty party ;) And given that the new administration’s political agenda LITERALLY has women’s rights regarding sex/choice on the chopping block, there really is no argument that their beliefs aren’t relevant to the shows genre. IT’S A SEX AND DATING PODCAST FOR WOMEN. Not much has changed topic-wise since the show started. If you’re arguing otherwise, maybe you’re the one who needs to take a good look inward and see what’s different. Ashley and Rayna, keep doing what you’re doing. Huge fan of the weekly show and your guests/topics - plus love the addition of the Snack. Can’t wait to see ya in-person soon!
-
KelleBelle410It’s the Hypocrisy for MeIt’s the hypocrisy of their political commentary when their show is on a podcast network run by a man who is openly supports Trump’s agenda and spreads dangerous health misinformation.
-
E. WintersHypocritical, (a little vulgar)If you binge the podcast you begin to notice it, while I always had a different perspective then a few of their opinions, enjoyed the difference. However the last two Male interviews have had very misogynistic and pigeonhole views. The ‘professors’ take on dating is outdated. The fact he needed to reflect any criticism was a flag in itself. Ashley calls women the B word a lot. Enjoyed the listen to a point, but the last couple takes were enough to leave a bad review. Then again one episode they mentioned (paraphrasing) anyone with negative criticism is just miserable. Starts fun but is entering a dangerous path. Didn't mind the political talk, we all have opinions and its great to voice them. Didn't mind the vulgarness, just wanted to point it out for others.
-
Jamie___lynn__mEpisodes have changedlol Ashley getting hammered in these reviews.
-
kcgolf59Stay in your laneYou were much better when you stayed out of politics sorry I’m not gonna listen anymore. You guys were funny.
-
jbones26Not for the girlsNot for the girls anymore! They let their audience be flashed and sexually harassed by a man at their live show and have not addressed it still! I wish I could rate zero stars they are sell outs.
-
ambien4funOG fan but…While podcasts can evolve just like we do some things just never change. I’ve always been less interested in Ashely’s personality, always so arrogant and rude. The newer episodes are less about the interviews and more about things that have become less relatable which is fine maybe I’ve just changed in my own way but there’s been a lot of cringey things the last year. Especially how they’ve been handling politics. I used to want to see a live show but now I don’t know anymore. Still going to listen but now it’s mostly cause I’m seeing what annoying things Ashely will say that I can complain about. I like hearing the talks about books Raynas read and about tv shows but I wish there was more informative topic content like before. I used to not relate to call her daddy but I’ve read comments that people are feeling they relate better to that content so I’m thinking of switching…
-
MandyMae44Byeeee….I used to “be friends” with the show but it’s like LA went straight to their heads. I’ve managed to live here for 20 years without taking on an elitist attitude. I’m also engaged but don’t constantly need to talk about my fiancé or my money….. or about politics with friends. Ashley should go back to the East Coast and stop trying so hard. Rayna should stay and find another co-host who will let her shine!
-
JohnnytrytohardAwfulAshley is obsessed with politics. If I wanted to listen to a political podcast I would. Change your title or stop perseverating and move on. It’s unhealthy and toxic. Stop being so negative. You’re forcing your beliefs on your listeners. No one likes that.
-
Jess P—Claims to empower women instead choose divisionDisappointing to see a podcast that claims to empower women instead choose division and contempt for those with different perspectives. Rayna’s comments, like 'I'm genuinely sickened by a lot of you,' reveal a troubling lack of respect for listeners who may see things differently. And her overblown statement about 'mourning' feels both unnecessarily dramatic and out of touch. Real women face life-threatening challenges every day—consider those in Afghanistan, for example, who are fighting for even a fraction of the freedoms we take for granted here. Instead of using this platform to unite or uplift, you’re choosing to spread negativity and judgment, driving wedges between women based on political views. I wouldn’t be surprised if you dismiss this review or make fun of it, just like you did with the 'stupid live shows' girl. But I won’t be hearing it, because I’m done listening to this biased, alienating podcast. Let’s aim to be Team USA no matter what, and more respectful to the women that gave you this platform that you take for granted.
-
Mgro10They Disrespect Their ListenersI have been a listener for a while, even purchased Vibes Only products and attended their show but will no longer support them. An episode aired in July where Ashley said that anyone who does not vote for Kalama Harris has no sense of reality, morality, or hope to preserve democracy. Since then she and Rayna have disrespected their Republican and Independent listeners who came to Girls Gotta Eat for support, a break from life, and in need of some POSITIVITY. I was extremely hurt by her words when they’ve preached inclusivity, kindness, and love for everyone…but apparently not. After the most recent episode of The Snack, Rayna said she was sickened by the people who voted for Donald Trump and she and Ashley mocked those who did. Their words were distasteful and rude and the complete opposite of what they say they stand for. I’m sure I’m not the only listener parting ways. I’m disappointed in Ashley and Rayna and hope they can do better in the future to be kind to all voters and their listeners/supporters.
-
cb45677Out of TouchI used to love this podcast, but yall have seriously lost touch with reality. It went downhill fast! Your political cries are pathetic… feel privileged that the past 4 years haven’t affected your ability to feed families and trips to Paris/social issues are your only woes. Ashley thinks she’s the 1st to know everything & the only person on the planet that matters. Rayna deserves better friends who don’t publicly cut her off and demean her. You both need to be knocked off your high horse…. It’s no longer relatable at all! Yall went from a 10 to a 1 in the past 2 years. The decline is so gross and out of touch.

🤌👏Deleting Apple Reviews now?Don’t know if that’s y’all’s doing or Apple, but I didn’t even say anything that everyone else hasn’t already said 1000 times. I’ll summarize my previous review: - One needs to stop hitting on male guests, especially the married ones. -The other has become so out of touch, harping on silly privileged things. She brags about her money, and won’t own up to anything she’s wrong about. -so much more to add, but TRUMP 2024 👏
-
Dawn A 92Worse Than I ImaginedMuch of the show has been focused on the election lately, like most podcasts, but this latest episode was a glaring example of why women are not fit to be president of the free world: leading with emotion rather than reason, logic, and facts. The amount of regurgitated MSM garb was laughable. These girls couldn’t form an independent thought if their lives depended on it. I was told I would enjoy this podcast from someone whom I share other podcast interests with, and now I’m questioning everything I know about that person. This podcast is almost as horrid as Call Her Daddy. Out of touch white women shouldn’t have access to microphones.
-
taydlasign$$$The reason I broke up with my boyfriendIf it wasn't for this thoughtful, smart, hilarious podcast I would still be in an unfulfilling and toxic relationship. Rayna and Ashley, with the help of their guests (which include therapists, psychologists, experts and comedians), have required my brain and have been a huge impact on my growth in my 20s. I realized over time their content was hitting a little toooo hard and I needed to take back my life. I've been a listener since the beginning and this has always been is my number 1 fav podcast. GGEFL
-
Cc OgWhy won’t you address it?Please address the man who exposed himself at your live show.
-
Lucy M.PAmazing podcast 👏🏻The chemistry between Ashley and Rayna is amazing. You feel like you are just listening to your best friends chatting but with so much wisdom and information woven in. Originally found this show from tiktok and have been a listener ever since. ❤️
-
ClaireccxoxGreat pod!Absolutely loved the latest guest with Professor Galloway!! So interesting and I really appreciate Ashley and Reyna’s questions for their guests. I also really respect Rayna and Ashley for using their platform to promote the election. I think a lot of the negative reviews here are female Trump supporters. Voicing their opinions about politics is always risky but as someone who is terrified of living in Trumps America for another 4 years I really respect them for speaking out.
-
Juicy1jjDownhillThis show went from my fave to unfollow in a hot second. So out of touch with life and the world. Disappointing fall from grace.
-
ratchh.hPlease do betterA man publicly exposed himself on stage at a live show to a crowd of mostly young women with no acknowledgement let alone apology from the hosts. This is sexual harassment and a real life crime, and the victims were fans who fund your lifestyle. They deserve better. Do better.
-
rpdplaysBasicLike getting stuck on a train with the two most annoying Millenials in your city.
-
becca varela palmerLOVE as much as everI love this show and I love these women and their guests! Grateful for all the interviews, the shorter Snack segments, and all the honest political moments. It seems the recent hatred is from people on the other side of the political fence so they don’t like women womxn anyway 🙄 Love you guys! Keep up the good work!
-
Natkat31BLAH blah BLAH blah BLAHI just want to hear about couples living apart instead of blabbering about a ring for 20 minutes. Jeez.
-
TierneyMcGExcellent Podcast! Always lifts my moodThese two girls make me feel like I’m listening with my best friend. I love their banter and align with their values. Some of these reviews are super salty but as you elevate your life and continue to soar, people will always hate. Keep shining, ladies ⭐️
-
Kal_AveryNope.How are there so many low ratings and still have a 4.6 average review?? And do ya’ll READ your reviews?! This pod has done a total 180 over the years. Everyone else has summed it up again and again.
-
Hottake4596Not sure how much more I can takeWill you be addressing the man who pulled his pants down at the live show?? Disgusting
-
shgiuergSO many ads. Pointless chatting.Literally 1/3 of the episode is ads, 1/3 is them talking about their own lives, and only 1/3 of the episode is about what it is supposed to be about. This podcast has went way downhill. Political, egotistic, not good anymore
-
avid_hiker4609Yikes.Have been listening to this show for years and in the past two years Ashley has adopted such a weird, privileged, holier-than-thou attitude. Show officially lost me with her spending 10 whole minutes complaining about how SoHo House changed its breakfast hours like it was some sort of unimaginable personal attack. Honestly just lame and unfunny.
-
Mags1345Podcast has changedAshley has a pick me attitude and Rayna is a pushover who agrees with everything Ashley says. It is unlistenable and has changed from what it used to be. I used to listen every Monday, now I can’t stomach an episode.
-
allybbbbbYour Hollywood is showing“I do not understand women supporting him.” “it's self-hating of women to support somebody that wants to take all these women's rights away.” Have you ever considered that your opinion is not the only opinion and maybe it doesn’t resonate with all of your listeners? Maybe you don’t know your listener demographics as well as you should but not everyone listening to you lives in LA, NY, or Detroit. You villainize your listeners if they don’t agree with your politics, it’s quite disgusting. I thought your party was the “love everyone” party. Apparently you only love those who agree with you. YOU are what’s wrong with America. MAGA 2024 Goodbye
-
karenwang178Yeah I’m out on thisThey are getting out dated and out of touch. The podcast is different than it always was. Ash is rude to Rayna. Like way. I think they need an intervention. I went out of my way to go to a live show and supported the “Merch” even though the blow gel blows…. And after the period talk on the last episode I can’t. C-ya ✌🏼
-
vxhftgvAshley ruins the whole showTone deaf and only here for the fame and $$. But now they’re gonna blatantly Delete comments that call them out about real issues with their show? This show went so far down the drain it’s really sad as an OG fan.
-
LittlekatelynUnfortunate DeclineI loved this show for years, enjoyed listening to the gab and guests alike. However, in the last year or two, it’s been on a serious decline. The research has been lazy, in regards to guests especially, they come off entitled and out of touch, so many negative, judgmental, and out of touch takes that I just can’t listen anymore. It’s disappointing when I used to find them relatable and thought they’d become more relatable when moving to where I live but instead have become much less relatable and no fun at all to listen to. I’m going to have to pass on future eps and recommend other girlies do the same. <3
-
lily.yu.Not relevant anymoreI went to the Boston live show on October 2021 and soon after that, I stopped listening. The show was not good, and I realized Rayna and Ashley have never provided given helpful dating advice. Well how could they when they're not dating? I've entered my 30s and the things they say are not relevant anymore. And we can all feel the tension between the two - Ashley, stop being so mean to Rayna and cutting guests off.
-
BlueInGeorgiaUnlistenableAds are 1/3 of the podcast, the other 1/3 is Rayna laughing like a hyena, and final 1/3 is Ashley being delusional about how she is on the same level as Taylor Swift or Beyoncé.
-
Twhalen83Nope“I do think Joe Biden was a great president” ummmm WHAT. You’ve officially lost me they act absolutely CLUELESS talking about politics
-
MCH066NopeShade to CHD… ? They wish they could get that interview. Been a listener of both since the beginning and these two just love to show shade. CHD highlighted women’s rights and audience was able to get to know Kamala a little better. I would think you both would support another women and that accomplishment of interviewing the VP. Sad.. not lifting other women who are in the same space. Just jealous smh.
-
CannarazziMisinformation at its finestI’m at sad that they have such a big platform and spread so much misinformation
