marathonforlifeAshley’s EgoAshley’s ego, man. It really ruins a good show. I really haven’t been able to stomach a single episode all the way through, though being a huge true crime fan Lord knows I’ve tried! Just not worth it—unfollowing the show.

AmaLeen1SubparI’ve been listening for years. I feel like something needs to change.

McKinley KirbyI love you guys so muchI have been listening to Crime Junkie since I was five I’m 10 now I listen to Crime Junkie every morning when I get ready every time I go to sleep ❤️ Every woman should be listening, there are so many people in this world who think oh this is gonna happen to me. This type of stuff doesn’t happen to me, and those are the people that it happens to little girls and women are getting murdered each day.

bsnicknames are takenI used to,love thisThis was my first podcast, years ago. But these two talk too fast, especially to each other. Don’t forget that you have an audience. Or had, in my case. I skimmed the reviews; all the negative ratings are *former* fans. You need to consider what’s happened: the numerous ads, the cold cases, the redundancy, your interaction.

drive it into a ravineGreat and genuine podcastLook, Brit has the actual sexiest voice I've ever heard in my life; also, anyone who doesn't see that her role is standing in for the listener- asking the questions that you may be asking yourself as the story is told- is being a willful fool. Sometimes Ashley's delivery is maybe more polished than my punk rock self would like, but she's the real deal and she walks it like she talks it- and seems to genuinely care about crime victims. Did anyone else here start Season of Justice? Didn't think so. Negative reviewers are just jealous that she was able to monetize her interest in true crime, which, more power to her, as she's using her privilege well and seems hard-working. But, yeah, Brit's voice is like honey, dripping from my speakers.

cantthinkofanythingcleverPlease Britt stop interruptingThe extent of Britt interrupting Ashley and trying to finish her sentences is awful. I almost couldn’t finish the Fred Farmer episode because the interruptions were constant. I don’t know if it actually does bother Ashley, but it sounds like it does, and it just makes the quality of the narration go down. Please please please, Britt, just let Ashley finish her sentences.

Crime junkie girly🖤I’m OBSESSEDI’ve been listening to crime junkie for years now and I’m still hooked. Both Ashley & Britt have the most soothing voices and are just the most authentic and kind hosts I could ask for. I would be friends with them IRL. Over the years they’ve shared tidbits about themselves that have made me feel like I know them. At the same time, the focus is on victims and respecting them. I truly feel like they are doing a civic duty just by getting these stories out for the public so victims are remembered. I love that they offer ways for the public to help, whether that’s donating to a charity or by urging people to call local law enforcement if they saw something regarding a case. Ashley & Britt are respectful, genuine, and caring to the people involved in their subject material and their listeners. I like that they don’t get too political, and while they address some of the poor decisions law enforcement has made in the past, they don’t hate law enforcement. On the contrary, I believe they actually admire and respect good law enforcement, but without talking about the bad cops and holding them accountable, there wouldn’t be any change. I LIVE by the crime junkie life rules!!! I wish I knew some of these back when I was in college because I feel like even I have made mistakes and put myself in situations where I was lucky to be alive. I wish everyone could listen to this podcast, especially young girls who (like me) think they’re invincible and independent when they’re an adolescent. It’s sad that we live in the world we do, but knowledge is power. Be weird, be rude, stay ALIVE! I love you guys & crime junkie so much and I listen to you practically everyday. Thank you for the fantastic work you are doing. Keep it up!

Mickey j YorkI like crime junkiesPodcast is okay

DeacRippsWoke“We don’t know how they identify so we don’t want to misgender”. 😂😂😂. Good grief !! Yet in most episodes we discuss the sketch that is clearly a man or DNA that indicates a man without taking into account their “gender identity”. 😂😂😂. Clearly gender isn’t fluid. It’s not even “assigned”. At birth sex is discovered and declared. This is how it should go: Ashley: “but there is a witness that NEVER lies!!” Brit: “Oh my gosh…there’s DNA!!!??” Ashley: “yes, we KNOW the sex of the killer/victim/eye witness!!” Brit: “oh, I love science!!” Brit came back from rehab a foul mouthed know it all. Heterophobic

Why I gave this game 3 starsI LOVE THIS PODCASTEversince I started to listen to this podcast I can't stop. 5 STARS!!!
-
tih87It’s a must. It’s hard for me to find someone to listen to that doesn’t annoy me so I tend to make it less that a minute before I move to the next one. Every woman should be listening to this. Every school should have a crime junkie 101 classes. This is sadly the way we should be teaching about these bad people. What Ashley and Brit do here is not only entertaining but it’s educational and life changing. As a transman I can’t express enough how inclusive they are not only for the LGBTQ+ community but for all minorities.

Vito Cat!!!!Best True Crime PodcastThis podcast definitely holds my interest every time. I love listening to Ashley and Brittany!!

Keara L.IM HOOKEDI love this podcast sooo much. This is all I listen to when I’m at work. It really paints a picture of the scene and gives a deep dive into each case. I wish nothing but success for these ladies!!

-
MiRanLynIf you are reading this, listen to Crime Junkie!I was in the market for a new podcast and came across Crime Junkie. I love their approach to true crime. Always considering the victim, but also very informative in their delivery. There isn’t a lot of side conversation or tangents (which I like). This has been fabulous on getting me through my work day! Wish I found it years ago…. Now I have lots to catch up on! Yay! I’d love to hear an episode on Elizabeth Salgado from Utah. Thanks again ladies!
-
craftcassAnovaAmazing!I love this show. One of my all time favorites.it helps pass the time at work

KAnn91Not terrible, but not for me.Insanely dry. Which hey! This is what loads of people like. If you’re annoyed by banter being injected into true crime, this may be your #1. But if you’re looking for personality, this won’t be for you. They DO cover good stories and they ARE well researched. The main host (Ashley) speaks well, but the format is confusing. It’s Ashley “telling” a story to Brit, but clearly Brit has heard it already because she responds with awkwardly canned and painfully obviously scripted responses. She’s not meant to be a co-host, they have terrible chemistry, and she’s not genuinely being told a story so…I don’t get it?
-
HoustonjbI’m hookedMy 3L law student daughter has me hooked . This podcast is like no other ! We ❤️you both!
-
We are watching youTime for a change!!Britt is the worst cohost get her outta there, she ruins every episode!!
-
AdverdadiCan we stick to the factsToo much speculating and unnecessary/excessive input and opinions. Wish we could just hear the story with just the facts. They also trash talk the cops a lot as if they’re experts, but they’re speaking from a point of view where they already know most if not all of the whole story.
-
JbeckfixCan’t believe they are still aroundHow are people still listening to them? It is a proven fact they plagiarized material, they never acknowledged or apologized and just moved on. It feels like they push out episodes just to have somewhere to play ads so they can make money off of regurgitating the same material others have written and researched, and say the same annoying catch phrases every episode. Brit sounds like it’s her first day on the job every single day. It pains me that they still get so much attention and following. There are so many higher quality podcasts out there! Please! Choose anything else to listen to.
-
Duder McgrudeYou’re so close to five stars but…You do a great job episodes are always interesting, you’re well informed, and you do a good job. But for the love of God ladies, please stop saying “like” so many times. It makes you sound less intelligent and more ‘like’ high school girls. Sometimes it’s how many times you use the word in one sentence.
-
Abs AbernathyJust the factsJust only need the facts; not your opinions and/or personal experiences. So hard to find a podcast with just the case study and Flowers does not need her side kick. At least this podcast is clean unlike others that curse a lot.
-
Hellkitty82Favorite Podcast Ever!!!I fall asleep to Crime Junkie more times than I care to admit. Ashley has such a soothing voice, and the stories are intriguing and well told. I keep waiting to hear a story that I can help solve!!!!!

glt631Britt needs to goI love how well the stories are told and the flow that ashley has but I wish Britt would just never open her mouth, I love the idea of two host just not that one. She kinda ruins the focus and the vibe of the show
-

-
Tinytrex06The only crime podcast I likeI have tried to listen to other crime podcasts but the hosts don’t have the same chemistry and can’t keep me intrigued. Brit asks what I am thinking and Ashley always has an answer!!
-
BhbmikeSelf-indulgentYou will never find a bigger fan of Ashley Flowers than Ashley Flowers.
-
zombie0651Absolute TRASHLmfaooo remember back in the day when Crime Junkie wasn’t woke liberal trash? I attempted to listen to one the other day... NOPE! Still the same overly political drivel. She’ll have a lot of crime to report on if she keeps being anti police and pro democrat.
-

Oskar7277Love itI really enjoy this show but it does make me feel bad cause I wish I could do more than just listen
-
SkyM175/5You can tell how much they genuinely care about each story they tell and the victims involved. Great investigating work and truly engaging. Well placed ads too, so they never feel like a jumpscare- more like a cliffhanger that leaves you waiting to hear more. Keep doing what you do ladies!
-
Dances with pitbull’sThe best podcastI love these girls I think Ashley was Sherlock Holmes in another life. I’m so glad Britt is doing better. I love that this podcast has helped to solve cases . I remember it helped with one with getting a bunch of people to send in DNA. I listen to it every day on my lunch at work it’s something good to look forward to every day. Thanks girls. I also think Britt is awesome!! Peace out from Norman Oklahoma Oklahoma another lifetime listener ! Dances with Pitbulls 🐾

Kenztay@15AdsLong time listener. 3+ years… too many ads have been added recently… loved listening to shows but can’t stand listening to the ads more often then the actual podcast. It is more of an Ashley show than a team one.
-
Crime_TrueAlways listeningI’m in love with this show!! I listen to it in my free time or if I’m doing work. It helps me focus
-
AhsilajCrime junkie member @ahsilaj on twitter lol <3This is the first podcast I have ever listened to & since the first episode I’ve been hooked. First of all the tone of your voices just makes me so intrigued to hear what’s going to happen. Also I can just feel how much you both care about these lovely people who stories need to be heard. Thank you for making my mornings a little easier & giving me a little insight about myself.. who knew I would be interested in investigating lol. Keep being amazing!

MCBJ7216Good, not great! This podcast used to be great, not so much anymore. They used to keep to the facts of the story, now they have to insert all their opinions about different issues. I want to listen to the stories, I don’t care to hear about their biased views.
